All necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to cold plane and pave with Hot Mix Asphalt various sized trenches. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to cold plane and pave with Hot Mix Asphalt various sized trenches in the locations listed below. The trenches are marked on the streets listed below. The Director of Public Works may add, delete or change the size of the trench to be repaired at his discretion. The project, as bid, includes a total of 23+ trenches ranging in size from 10 square yards to 280 square yards. All work done under this contract shall be in conformance with the Highway Department's 1988 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES with latest addendum, the 1977 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS with latest revisions, the MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES, MILLENIUM EDITION, the 1990 STANDARD DRAWINGS FOR SIGNS AND SUPPORTS, the PLANS and these SPECIAL PROVISIONS.
