Site work for a water / sewer project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project contemplated consists of a contractor selected through this procurement furnishing all labor and materials to inspect and repair the interior and exterior of 18 Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tanks at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility (JIWRF) and South Shore Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF). All questions must be in writing to: Mille Neidhardt Procurement Specialist mneidhardt@mmsd.com A pre-bid presentation will be posted under Contract No. S06044C03 on Quest CDN and the Owner's Procurement Opportunities web page no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 15th, 2025. The purpose of the presentation is to outline the Contract scope and convey details about the bidding requirements and expectations. All potential Bidders are encouraged to view the presentation at their convenience To encourage SWMBE participation, the District has established procurement goals of 13% for MBE's, 5% for SBE/VBE's, and 2% for WBE's.
