Reference Number 0000299801 Question Acceptance Deadline 18-Aug-2025 12:00:00 PM EDT Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the provision of “Construction Contract Administration Services for Aldershot Go Rehabilitation”. Metrolinx requires construction contract administration and engineering services for contract PT-2024-LCLP-973- Aldershot GO Station Rehabilitation (drawings and specifications attached). The scope of work for the aforementioned contract includes, but is not limited to the following: (a) Platform Rehabilitation: Required rehabilitation includes the installation of new precast curb elements and tactile plates, replacement of asphalt on Platforms 2 through 4, rehabilitation of the mini-platforms, upgrading of the existing platform canopy lighting, and cleaning and painting of the platform canopy roofs. (b) Mechanical upgrades include the replacement of the HVAC unit located in the Station Building Electrical Room and like-for-like replacement of boilers No. 2 and No. 3 for the platform snow melt system, ensuring full compatibility with the existing Building Automation System (BAS). (c) Upgrade of existing fixtures for the north parking lot high-mast light poles. (d) Structural rehabilitation of both east and west pedestrian tunnels introducing knee wall waterproofing systems. And (e) Placement of stair slab toppings in the east pedestrian tunnel. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
