Construction of a new fire hall building; approx. 47,750 sq ft. The city is looking at 2 potential sites for the new building. The first is on highway 655 and the other is on Third Avenue. TIMELINE: Project is on hold. Schematic designs as well as site selection were underway. Project schedules are undetermined pending owner's decision to proceed. Further update late 2026. *Construction budget is preliminary and is subject to change.
