(b) New line to have shutoff valve installed 5) Provide condensate pump and drain line (a) Line shall drain into 2" PVC stub-up in Room 125. (b) Contractor to provide new fittings and make all necessary adjustments to existing PVC line to allow space for new condensate line. (See picture of existing) This project will upgrade the Communications Building HVAC at the 139th Airlift Wing, St Joseph MO Project Location: Building 307, 139th Airlift at Rosecrans Memorial Airport on 705 Memorial Drive (Airport Rd) in St Joseph, Missouri. This work includes the upgrade of the HVAC system for the Communications Facility under Project ULYB252014. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work dated July 2025. The project is set aside for Total Small Business and falls under NAICS code 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The disclosure of magnitude in accordance with FAR 36.204 is between $250,000 and $500,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
