Description The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction de la coordination opérationnelle, within the Direction générale de la coordination de la gestion des forêts, wishes to request the professional services of a service provider for the evaluation inspection of steel-wood bridges, the calculation of load-bearing capacity and a proposal for work to obtain a load-bearing capacity of 60 tonnes for the CF3E configuration or 150 tonnes for the CFHN configuration. This is in compliance with Appendix 12 of the Regulation respecting the sustainable management of forests in the domain of the State and the Standard relating to bridges and removable structures in forests in the domain of the State. The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a service contract for the evaluation inspection and calculation of the load-bearing capacity of a total of 45 steel-wood bridges in forest areas. The inspections will be carried out in forest areas in the regions of : Bas-St-Laurent, Gaspésie - Iles-de-la-Madeleine and Côte-Nord. The contract will commence on the date on which it is signed by both parties, and will end no later than 31 March 2026, although work must begin within 10 days of the contract being signed and be completed no later than 20 January 2026.
