Reference number: 20087708 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MRNF), through its Mauricie and Centre-du-Quebec Forest Management Branch (DGFo), within the Central and Southern Forest Management Branch, is seeking the professional services of a service provider to conduct a forest inventory by field sampling. This call for tenders is intended to award a service contract to carry out a forest inventory of targeted sectors of forest management unit (UAF) 04151 in the Mauricie-Centre-du-Quebec administrative region based on a sampling plan. The data collected will be used to carry out a silvicultural diagnosis and prescription and will identify elements of stand structure and composition that may be important in issues related to biodiversity and ecosystem management. The work must be carried out as soon as the contract is signed and completed no later than November 28, 2025. The bid must be submitted by a service provider with a permanent establishment in Quebec, clearly identified by name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.11 and 3.12 of the tender document, which set out the eligibility requirements for service providers and the compliance requirements for bids in connection with this tender. The Minister is not obligated to accept any of the bids received, particularly if it deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
