Reference Number 0000299529 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $100,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $50,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $15,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
