Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pineville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and military facility.
The contractor shall replace two Automatic Transfer Switches in Building 9 Room 110 and install one new Manual Transfer Switch outside of Building 171 at the Alexandria VA Health Care System. All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Offerors must be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), registered in SAM.gov and certified at SBA.gov. **Location:** Alexandria VA Health Care System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71 North, Pineville, LA 71360 Question Deadline 09/03/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Send to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov. Please submit all questions to the Contract Specialist Only. Period of Performance: 90 days After Receipt of Contract. The Alexandria Veterans Affairs Health Care System needs replacement of (2) automatic transfer switches that serve inpatient mental health and the supply and installation of one (1) manual transfer switch that will serve our Fleet program office.
