Scope of Work Escambia County is soliciting bids for the demolition and construction of a single-family dwelling per attached plans and written specifications. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: Bidders must be licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified or Registered General Contractor, Building Contractor, or Residential Contractor, and in good standing with Escambia County. All work performed must be inspected (rough and final) and conform to County Ordinances, State Laws, and Florida Building Code, Permits, overhead, insurance, and profit must be included into each itemized price and not listed as a separate itemized price or listed under miscellaneous. All permits must be paid for and obtain by the Contractor. The site plan, construction plans, and zoning have been approved by the Escambia County Building Department and Development Services Department.
