The University's Terms and Conditions and Information for Bidders apply to this Solicitation and shall become a part of any contract issued hereunder. The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of five (5) years, 01/01/2026 to 01/31/2031, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for one (1) additional five (5) year period; renewal is not automatic, however, should the University and Vendor agree to the renewal period the same price escalation and de-escalation that are spelled out below for the original term will also apply for the renewal period Pricing for this contract must be firm for the first thirty-six (36) months beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028. However, upon mutual agreement between the successful vendor and the University of North Florida, the pricing for this solicitation can be adjusted for the second twenty-four (24) month period beginning January 1, 2029, through December 31, 2031. Questions should be submitted on the UNF Bid Portal on the Q&A Board specific to this solicitation and prior to the Deadline for Questions provided on the Calendar of Events. Questions may be answered at the discretion of the University and posted on the UNF Bid Portal The University reserves the right to: 1. Grant or decline any request for escalation or de-escalation with or without cause. 2. Request documentation justifying any requested increase. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, and supervision required for the Contractor to deliver and administer the chemicals into receptacles in the pump room. Additional services include routine checks during delivery to ensure proper chemical levels. See the specifications manuals for the full scope of work. The following project files are provided under Buyer attachments and are incorporated into this ITB: Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 8:00 pm . Saturdays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm . Sundays: Closed. . Note: Hours may vary by semester.
