The bid package include three (3) separate sets of Construction Documents that include: (1) the Civil / Sitework CDs (by Topsite Civil Group); (2) Fairgrounds Pavilion Renovations & Addition (by Slay Architecture); and (3) Fairgrounds Restaurant Renovations & Addition (by Slay Architecture). 1. The sitework includes utilities, grading and paving work that is associated with the Restaurant and Pavilion buildings renovations. 2. The Pavilion building renovations includes exterior improvements along the east and south walls including new entrance canopy and stairs. The interior work includes renovations of existing concession area; women's restrooms; and addition of a beer concession. A new building addition at the north side of the building will contain new Men's restrooms. 3. The Restaurant building renovations includes a new building addition for Men's restroom; renovation of existing exterior accessed restrooms into women's restroom; renovation of interior restaurant and restrooms; and kitchen area renovations. Webb County is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the renovations to the Webb County 1848 Fairgrounds located at 7128 E Saunders St, Laredo, TX 78043. The scope of work will include but not limited to all material, labor, equipment, mobilization, tools, traffic control and permit fees required to provide the requested scope of work described in the construction documents. See attached plans and detailed specifications for more information on scope of work. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in bid proposal form. The estimated construction budget range is $5,700,00.00 to $6,200,000.00. This document outlines the requirements, selection process, and documentation necessary to submit a formal CSP. The solicitation will comply with the Texas Government Code; 2269.151 Contracts for Facilities: Competitive Sealed Proposals. Bidders in receipt of this CSP shall notify Mr. Juan Guerrero, Contract Administrator, of any address changes, contact person changes, and/or telephone number changes no later than 48 hours prior to the date and time fixed for submission of proposals.
