Site work for a civil project in Frederick, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and Construct Sewage Pump Stations and associated Sewage Force Mains to replace the Crestview WWTP and the White Rock WWTP. These proposed SPS’s will combine their effluent and flow to the Tuscarora Creek Sewer Interceptor where wastewater treatment will be achieved by the Ballenger McKinney WWTP. Thus eliminating the Operating and Maintenance of the two small system WWTP’s. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of September 08, 2026 , further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
