The work must be completed within a period not to exceed 30 days. The requirement is set aside for 100% Women-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $47,000,000.00. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with technical acceptability determined by the contractors ability to provide carpet removal services, new plank vinyl tile installation services, and the vinyl tile itself. Location: Building 1642, Edwards Air Force Base, California 93524, United States. QUESTION PERIOD: The period for questions regarding this RFQ will end at 9:00 AM PDT on 15 August 2025.
