Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes rehabilitation of various infrastructure in the Town of Cumberland Gap's sewage collection system. Specific work consists of Fold-and-Form PVC or CIPP sewer pipe lining, gravity sewer line replacement, gravity sewer line point repairs, and manhole repairs and/or rehab, This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund, and American Rescue Plant Act grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Town of Cumberland Gap. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
