As part of the 2023 Bond program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) utilizing Job Order Contract (JOC) for #3328-25 Classroom Audio Visual Refresh Project - A/V Kits (JOC). LISD is seeking to have existing audio-visual kits removed from four campuses and re-installed at two other campuses, install new audio-visual kits at seven additional campuses, and add power to accommodate the installed/re-installed kits at all nine of those campuses. LISD is estimating a total purchase of approximately 400 kits. The work will be required to be performed after hours in the evening. This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) utilizing job order contract (JOC) follows Government Code 2269. Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $1,000,000. CSP #3328-25 (JOC) shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. The initial term of this proposal shall be for approximately 2 years with one (1) successive two (2) year extension based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.
