St James Parish School Board reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in the interest of the Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. The successful Bidder is allowed one hundred fifty (150) days calendar days to complete the entire Project from the date stated in the Contract. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $500 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete.
