**As of September 17th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 22nd, 2025.** Activity Pool Play Structure for Summit Waves. Must include: At least two slides At least two entrance and exit points Use of existing plumbing Fit within 3,075 sq ft surface area Installed in 1 foot of water The City of Lee Summit reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. In the event that a Contractor cannot be selected based solely on Proposals submitted, Oral Interviews may be conducted at the City sole discretion. Bid Bond required. Final Date and Time for Inquiries : August 26, 2025 The Vendor(s) shall provide (the "Services") in accordance with the specifications, provide and install a new activity feature for Summit Waves Aquatic Center.
