The services to be provided by the successful bidder must comply with the contents of this call for tenders. By agreement with and on behalf of the municipalities of Thurso, Plaisance, Papineauville, Montebello, Saint-Andre-Avellin, Notre-Dame-De-Bonsecours, Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, Lac-Des-Plages, and Montpellier, the Signatory Organization of Thurso (hereinafter, "the Signatory Organization") wishes to receive bids for the purpose of entering into a contract with a qualified company for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials within the boundaries of the aforementioned municipalities. The services to be provided by the successful bidder must comply with the content of this call for tenders. Individuals and companies interested in submitting a bid may obtain a copy of the tender documents and all related documents through the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) by paying the fees set out in the SEAO's current price list. Please note: Only the documents required under this call for tenders must be submitted with the bid, in order to avoid any situation that would result in the bid being restrictive or conditional. The contract will have a term of 48 months with two one-year extension options.
