Reference number: 20149910 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-22 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 18 Description The Owner, MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-PAUL, with its address at 10, chemin Delangis, Saint-Paul (Quebec) J0K 3E0, is requesting bids for construction and development work on the Tourelles Park - Phase 2. Submissions must be accompanied by the following documents made out to the order of the designated project owner, namely the MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-PAUL: 1. A certified payment order or certified cheque in the amount of ten (10) percent of the price of the tender, or a tender bond issued for the same amount by a company authorized to act as surety; 2. A letter of consent issued by a company authorized to act as surety, confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue a performance bond and a bond for pledges, materials and services, each covering fifty percent (50%) of the contract price or a letter from a financial institution confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue one of the monetary guarantees as described above.
