Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Joliette, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 5,400-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Development of Des Tourelles park in the City. The project involves the construction of a new utility building including a common room, a kitchen, sports changing rooms, a storage room, an electrical room, and a garage. This one-story building with a surface area of approximately 500 square meters will be attached to a covered multi-sport area with a surface area of approximately 1,850 square meters. The project also includes the development of a parking lot, a retention basin, a refreshment area, sports fields, and complete landscaping. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late 2025. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
