Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Joliette, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 5,400-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Development of Des Tourelles park in the City. The project involves the construction of a new utility building including a common room, a kitchen, sports changing rooms, a storage room, an electrical room, and a garage. This one-story building with a surface area of approximately 500 square meters will be attached to a covered multi-sport area with a surface area of approximately 1,850 square meters. The project also includes the development of a parking lot, a retention basin, a refreshment area, sports fields, and complete landscaping. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in late spring/summer 2026.
