Renovation of a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded** The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed proposals to provide wayfinding fabrication and installation. This project includes city entry or gateway signs, vehicular directional signs, parking directional signs, parking garage entry identification, pedestrian directional signs, and kiosks. The successful Proposer (Contractor) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov Question Deadline 08/20/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions and inquiries about this Request for Proposals shall be submitted in writing to the following individual: Nicole Abrego Purchasing Department Email: nicole.abrego@georgetown.org City of Georgetown, local stakeholders and the local community have been working with MERJE, a team of multi-disciplined designers and planners specializing in graphic design, industrial design, and wayfinding in the development of a comprehensive community wayfinding and signage program. The project includes city entry or gateway signs, vehicular directional signs, parking directional signs, parking garage entrance identification signs, pedestrian directional signs, and Kiosks. The Contractor shall fabricate and install all signage based on the approved Design Intent Drawings, Technical Specifications, durability, and standard industry best practices. The Contractor shall remove all existing wayfinding signage including but not limited to informational kiosks, directional signs, and trailblazer signs as indicated in the Comments section of the project Message Schedule. This work shall be sequenced and coordinated with the installation of the new sign program. Removal shall include the removal of existing sign panels off existing utility poles or lamp posts and the removal of post and sign panels at ground level, including repair of surfaces. Removal does not include the excavating and removal of existing footers. The following link provides removal locations
