Anoka County is looking to remove the existing system in its entirety and replace it with a new system in its current location., Components to be included but not limited to are: fueling island foundations and slab, canopy, lighting, multiple underground tanks (to be determined during design), dispensing equipment and an updated fuel management system to be located in the adjacent Fleet Maintenance Shop., Anoka County would prefer to incorporate their current card access system (DSX) into the controls and information gathering process for dispensing fuel., Backup generator power needs to be part of the design discussion. Anoka County will require a qualified Design-Builder to provide complete Design-Build services in accordance with the terms of the agreement which generally include, but are not limited to, the following:1., "Project management services as required to ensure design and construction activities comply with the established scope, budget and schedule., "Design and Construction of a fuel site to service Anoka County dispensing unleaded and diesel fuel.
