Off-System Bridge Repairs The purpose of this contract is to repair structural and safety items located on County Off-System Bridges to comply with all federal and state rules and regulations for public safety. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications. Pre Bid Note: RSVP: Vendors planning to attend the Pre-Bid Conference should RSVP via email to: BidQuestions-RSVP@tarrantcountytx.gov by 4:00 p.m., CST, TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2025. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk.
