A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: o Remove asphalt pavement, sidewalk, ramp, and slab on grade. o Relocate water and sewer services. Cap off existing sewer tap. o Excavate a trench in the alley for electrical conduit and a junction box. o Install 50LF of channel drain. Replace asphalt pavement, sidewalk, ramp, and slab on grade. o Air conditioning unit handling during construction. The Project has an expected duration of 45 days.
