Special Events Center Interior Renovations. Bid security in the form of a surety bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico in the amount of 5% of the total bid, or the equivalent in cash by means of a cashier's check or in a form satisfactory to the Owner, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A 100% performance bond and a 100% payment and materials bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in this state and said surety to be approved in federal circular 570 as published by the United States treasury department shall be required from the successful Bidder.
