Work consists of providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair the HVAC system in Building 550, Project FGWB 21-0007, at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. The contractor will replace existing plunger-type VAVs, reconfigure AHU3 for hydronic cooling, and perform miscellaneous repairs throughout the facility. The facility currently uses Distech Controls; any alternative controls must be pre-approved and include all necessary software and licensing for reprogramming, recommissioning, and replacement. All controls must be unbranded with non-expiring licenses and fully integrated into Dobbins UMCS with graphics and alarms. Work must be coordinated to minimize user impact and completed one area at a time to reduce downtime. The project is located at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.
