The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to remove/replace existing structure(s) to restore area drainage by installing/replacing drain pipe, patching, concrete drive, and sod as specified along Albert Thompson Rd. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. In case the work is not completed in every respect within the time that may be extended, it is understood and agreed that per diem deductions of the sum for liquidated damages, as stipulated in the quote and/or contract, shall be made from the total contract price for each and every calendar day after and exclusive of the day on which completion was required, and up to the completion of the work and acceptance thereof by the Parish. The time period for completion of the project is forty-five (45) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a well known technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response. St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.
