**As of September 29th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000395175 The Weber School District intends to build a new building adjacent to the Weber Innovation Center on 12th Street in Ogden. The total square footage of the building is anticipated to be 40,000, with an estimated cost of $20 million which will include FF&E. The successful CM/GC will work with the architect and the District planning team to determine the budget, space/areas, and educational programs that will be accommodated in the new CTE Center, which is anticipated to serve high school students throughout the Weber School District. It is anticipated that construction will commence in the Spring of 2026 and the project completed by August 2027. Question Deadline 08/21/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes .
