Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified firms/teams/individuals to provide Replacement of both rooftop units at the Port San Antonio office. Project will include removal of ERU's and installation of exhaust fans for restroom ventilation. Mechanical, electrical, and roofing will need to be contracted for structural bracing, electrical tie-in, and roofing modifications.
