Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation shall be submitted online. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. Upon approval by the city after the receipt of bids, the Contractor will be issued a Notice of Award. Upon receipt of correctly completed insurance forms, a Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order will be issued. Failure to complete specified work by end of completion date may result in liquidated damages of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, per structure. Demolition of all structures included in this bid must be completed within the total completion days provided on this bid sheet which shall not exceed a maximum of ten (10) working days.
