Currently, Buffalo Pound Dam is experiencing severe seepage and erosion along the downstream embankment by the oxbow. WSA requires the successful respondent to develop a rehabilitation design of this section of the embankment and address the settlement issue on the crest. WSA anticipates that this project will be completed in two (2) phases: Phase 1: Preliminary and Detailed Design Phase 2: Construction Management and Closeout* It is WSA's intention to retain the services of the successful respondent through all indicated phases. Milestone Project Kickoff - October 2025; Complete Detailed Design - April 2026; Complete Construction* - September 30, 2027. *Subject to project outcomes in Phase 1, respondent performance, WSA budget availability, and WSA final approval.
