Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bu-reau Finely Vinson Plaza Renova-tions Phase II, Little Rock, Arkansas. Bids will be based on a single lump sum contract. Prebid meeting info : All bidders shall make inspections and studies of the site of the work to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered. Scope of work: The Phase II renovation of the Finley Vinson Plaza, including new paving, light-ing, site furnishings, and land-scaping. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. All contractors must be licensed on the day of the bid submittal. According to the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board, this project will require a contractor's license. There shall be only one bid submitted per State Contractors license. Bidders will be required to indicate license number on bid form beneath sig- nature when bidding $20,000.00 or more. Bid security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing busi-ness in Arkansas, in an amount equal to 5% of the contract sum, and payable to the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau. Arkansas Statutory Perform-ance and Payment Bond, equal to the amount of the Contract, will be required of the bidder awarded the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the open-ing of bids. This invitation does not commit the Owner to pay any cost in-curred in the preparation of bids. The Commission reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best in-terest of the Little Rock Advertis-ing and Promotion Commission.
