Only prequalified firms using the Subcontractor Bid Form included in the Bid Manual will be accepted. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be subject to rejection. Payment & Performance Bonds will be required for all building envelope scopes of work and subcontracts valued at $100,000.00 or greater. All bidding subcontractors shall be subject to comprehensive background checks conducted by the Seminole County Sheriffs Office for all workers, supervisors, and managers assigned to the project. No exceptions. All costs for the background checks will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor.
