Renovation of a municipal facility in Ely, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contractor will provide all materials, labor, superintendence, and all incidentals necessary to complete the repairs of the roof on the Kawishiwi fleet garage. This Request for Quote (RFQ) includes technical evaluation factors, which are detailed in Section L, along with instructions on what to submit as part of the quote. There is no formal site visit scheduled; contractors are expected to arrange their own inspection of the worksite prior to quoting. Contact information for scheduling a site visit is also provided in Section L. **Location:** Kawishiwi Ranger District Fleet Garage, 1393 MN-169, Ely, MN 55731, United States. PROJECT LOCATION Kawishiwi District Office 1393 Highway 169 Ely, MN 55731 C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Between $25,000 and $100,000. C.4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Refer to Attachment 2 SOW and Specifications, under Section J, for technical specifications applicable to this contract. The Contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days Period of Performance: 09/15/2025 to 12/15/2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
