The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to obtain bid submissions (Bids) from interested, qualified, firms (Bidders) who can undertake the project for demolition and restoration of the Southland Wastewater Plant for The Corporation of the City of London (the City). This includes the demolition of the existing structures, restoration of the parkland, and a new perimeter fence in accordance with this RFT and the recommendations in the Southland Demolition Assessment 2025 The term of the contract will be for the period commencing Sept 19, 2025, until project completion no later than Dec 31, 2025.
