This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is for qualified and experienced consultants to document the condition of the Bishop Park Sewage Pumping Station in Elmvale. The consultant will be expected to develop project alternatives, develop cost estimates for each project alternative, and prepare a Final Report to present to members of Council. Question Deadline: Tue Sep 16, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Site visit description: Bidders shall visit and examine the site and fully inform themselves of existing conditions, limitations and difficulties that may arise, and include in their bid the cost of work required to complete their work and full scope of project. The bidder, if awarded the contract will not be allowed any compensation by reason of any matter or thing, concerning that which such bidder might have fully informed themselves of prior to bidding. Attendees shall provide and wear their own PPE, safety boots and bring any other equipment necessary to complete a full examination of the site. Time duration: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EDT). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
