Northwest Park - Upper Park Improvements - Small seating area with benches and drinking fountain, walkway connections, small parking lot area, water connection to community garden, additional swings for existing playground, and associated plantings and SWM areas. General scope of work for this contract consists of pathways, seating plaza, new water connection, playground, small parking area, and associated surrounding site work. The actual work shall include but not be limited to new walkways and seating plaza; new site furnishings; new playground equipment and safety surface; new parking area; new water connection to community garden; site grading and earthwork; and associated SWM, sod and landscaping. NORTHWEST PARK - UPPER PARK IMPROVEMENTS 2105 W. ROGERS AVE Baltimore, Maryland 21209 A certified check of the bidder or a bank cashier's check or a bank treasurer's check drawn on a solvent clearing house bank, made payable to the Director of Finance or a bid bond executed on the form as provided in the Bid or Proposal for an amount which is not less than that determined by multiplying the total bid submitted by two percent will be required with each bid over $100,000.00. If the bid is less than or equal to $100,000.00, no Bid Bond is required. The Board of Estimates reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or to waive technical defects, if in its judgment, the interest of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore may so require. The Cost Classification Range for this project will be from $300,000.00 to $375,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
