General scope of work for this contract consists of pathways, seating plaza, new water connection, playground, small parking area, and associated surrounding site work. The actual work shall include but not be limited to new walkways and seating plaza; new site furnishings; new playground equipment and safety surface; new parking area; new water connection to community garden; site grading and earthwork; and associated SWM, sod and landscaping.
