Dale City Elementary School Addition and Renovation A & E Design Services The Project will be a complete renovation plus addition to an existing elementary school, Dale City Elementary School located at 14450 Brook Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia 22193. The original building was constructed in 1967, with additions in 2001, 2006 and 2016. Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) uses a digital portal for accepting and evaluating proposals and bids PWCS strongly encourages bidders to submit proposals or bids well in advance of the submission deadline. A submission is not considered successful unless all necessary files have been uploaded and the 'Submit & Finalize' step has been completed.
