Remove and replace roofing materials and repair interior storm damage at selected buildings located on Site #1 (Cedar Circle) and Site #2 (Walker Circle) in Atoka, Oklahoma. Question Deadline 08/28/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Oral requests must be confirmed in writing. Before submitting proposals for this work, each bidder is required to visit the project and be responsible for having examined the work required to be performed and shall have satisfied himself concerning the existing conditions under which he will be obligated to operate.
