The City of Lubbock, TX, is seeking competitive, sealed, proposals for Milwaukee Ave. Reconstruction (4th St. to Marshall St.). Offerors are required, whether or not a payment or performance bond is required, to submit a cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the City of Lubbock, or a proposal bond from a reliable surety company, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Lubbock in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the proposal submitted as a guarantee that offeror will enter into a contract and execute all necessary bonds within ten (10) business days after notice of award of the contract to the Offeror. The construction covered by the contract documents shall be substantially completed within 516 Consecutive Calendar Days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed issued by the City of Lubbock to the successful offeror. Questions Due Date: Aug 22nd 2025, 4:00 PM CDT request for interpretation considered, the request must be submitted in writing and must be received by the City of Lubbock Purchasing and Contract Management Office no later than five (5) calendar days before the proposal closing date.
