For construction on approximately 51km of a new 115kV transmission line (PW75) from the existing Pointe du Bois Station, located at Pointe du Bois, Manitoba, to the existing Whiteshell Station. Located approximately 2km west of Seven Sisters Falls, Manitoba. The Site is located between Pointe du Bois and Seven Sisters Falls, Manitoba. The new 115kV PW75 transmission line in its entirety is approximately 51km in length, connecting Pointe du Bois Station to Whiteshell Station, via the Lee River Distribution Supply Center (DSC). This RFP constitutes the first part of Manitoba Hydro's PW75 Transmission Line work. This first part includes full construction of PW75 between Pointe du Bois and the Lee River DSC. It also includes some (but not all) construction works for PW75 between the tap structure east of the Lee River DSC and Whiteshell Station. The second part of Manitoba Hydro's PW75 Transmission Line work, for remaining construction of PW75 between the Lee River DSC and Whiteshell Station, shall be tendered at a later date and does not form part of this Request. Work required at a small quantity of structures on P1/P2 near Pointe du Bois is included in this RFP. Salvage of a portion of P3/P4 between Pointe du Bois and the Lee River DSC is included in this RFP.
