Scope Statement: The project involves the replacement of sanitary laterals at 46 specified locations within the Town of Grimsby. The scope includes the removal of existing laterals and installation of new sanitary and / storm laterals to meet current standards and specifications. Three locations within this project scope are identified as high priority due to cross-contamination concerns and must be completed before any other work. The project is to be completed no later than November 30th, 2025. Deliverables: Replacement of sanitary and / or storm laterals at 46 specified locations. Prioritized replacement at three locations. Restoration of work areas including pavement, landscaping, and any other surfaces impacted during the construction. Video inspection of completed installation of laterals to ensure they are free from defect.
