Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Scope of this project includes: 1. Removing the front two (2) 14' wide x 12' high Sectional Bay doors and all associated hardware and components. 2. Evaluation of removed equipment for serviceability in other roll-up door location and disposal of remaining equipment. 3. Installation of two (2) Door Engineering FF30 14' wide x 12' high doors with 4 windows per panel and two (2) remotes per door. 4. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and material required to remove, dispose, and install two (2) Four-Fold doors. Please note: all installation must be to manufacture specifications. 5. Finish with epoxy primer followed by polyurethane finish paint. RAL color Flame Red 3000. Glass must be tempered safety glass. 6. Any electrical wiring to include power and low voltage for safety features/wall controls are the responsibility of the awarded proposer.
