Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and haul off existing concrete, excavation and grading for the installation of various concrete walkways, pads, play equipment, playground curbs, playground surfacing, re-painting the existing shade structure metal frame, replacement of shade fabric on the existing structure, irrigation, and grass installation, complete and in place, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The City of Irving (the City) is contracting for renovations for the Northwest Park Playground Renovation Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
