Killeen ISD is seeking to establish a pool of professional service providers to support requirements for various professional services necessary for renovations, additions, alterations, and other construction projects (for both new and existing facilities/projects) for duration period beginning about October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. This contract may be extended for four (4) years in one (1) year increments, providing that both parties are in agreement. KISD is requesting responses from qualified vendors to provide the requested services on a task request basis to the District. To meet this ongoing need for services, KISD seeks to award a multi-year pool of qualified vendors. During the term of the award, KISD intends to utilize the awarded vendors as the primary source of architecture and engineering services; however, KISD reserves the right to contract for these services by other means, at its sole discretion, and KISD may award a project separately from the selected pool of architects and engineers/vendors for various projects as determined by KISD in its sole discretion. The pool of service providers may include, but not necessarily be limited to the following disciplines: Acoustical Consultant ADA/Accessibility Consultant ArchitecCivil Engineer Kitchen Consultant Land SurveyorMEP (Mechanical, Electrical and/or Plumbing) Engineer Roofing Consultant/Roofing Engineer Structural Engineer Technology Consultant (A/V, Security, Communications) Waterproofing/Building Envelope Services.
