Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Town is Quispamsis is requesting tenders from Qualified Contractors for the Cedar Ridge Watermain Expansion. Work of this Contract generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supplying all labour, materials, and equipment for the excavation, installation, backfilling, commissioning, and testing of 250mm and 200mm watermain, potable services to the property lines, directionally drilling services where specified, fire hydrants, cold climate flushing station, valves, air valves, fittings, associated appurtenances, sanitary sewer lateral, manholes, concrete curb and sidewalk, road bed granular materials, asphalt pavement, roadway shouldering, landscaping within the project limits as defined on the drawings and notes.
