Reference Number 0000299997 Question Acceptance Deadline Aug 20, 2025 02:00 PM ADT Perform a Thermographic and Visual Roof Inspection including drain, membrane, parapet to assess the roof integrity. Review and provide options including estimates for each option. Ensure to review all roof penetrations and all aspects for roof access safety. Thermographic Inspection should be completed after a sunny day with the scan being completed at sunset to get proper readings. Refer to attached Scope of Work document for full description of the duties and responsibilities required of the awarded consultant.
