Base line items include the access road, picnic area, boat launch roads, and parking areas. The contractor shall prepare and submit a proposed Progress Schedule after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The jobsite areas will be closed to the public during the contractor's performance of this project. **Location:** Monocle Lake Recreation Area (Day Use and Campground), South side of West Lakeshore Drive, approximately 2 miles northwest of Bay Mills, Hiawatha National Forest, Michigan, in Sections 13 and 14, T47N, R3W, Bay Mills Township, Chippewa County. Mailing address: Monocle Lake Recreation Area, Bay Mills Township, MI 49715. The estimated price magnitude of this project is the range between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction Completion Date: The Contractor can start onsite work on or before April 6, 2026. All work shall be complete by May 18, 2026. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a proposed Progress Schedule after their receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The jobsite areas will be closed off to the public during and throughout the contractor's performance of this project.
