General Contractor Services Harris County Housing Authority (HCHA) hereby solicits competitive proposals for General Contractor Services for the new construction of the Bernicia Place Apartments located at the southeast corner of Old Spanish Trail and Scottcrest Dr. in Houston, Harris County, Texas Question Deadline 09/09/2025 at 4:00 PM CT All questions submitted during the RFP scheduled period, must be in writing and received by the Developer via email at procurement@hchatexas.org with RFP No. 25-03 General Contractor Services in the subject line of the email. This includes multiple buildings on a single site with a connecting drive. A total of 120 senior residential units, one- and two bedrooms, will be provided, including accessible units. The first floor will include offices and amenity spaces as well as retail space for future development. Interested, qualified and insured contractors who have successfully demonstrated their ability and experience in comparable work are invited to submit a proposal. Instructions on submission requirements, schedule and forms are attached. The Harris County Housing Authority looks forward to receiving your proposals. The HCHA is requesting proposals for the construction of multiple buildings on a single site with a connecting drive. A total of one- and two-bedroom residential units will be provided, including accessible units (120 total units). The first floor will include offices and amenity spaces as well as retailspace forfuture development.
